Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to lead enterprise platform strategy and drive AI-enabled transformation.
Key Highlights:
Own ServiceNow product strategy & roadmap
Lead AI/GenAI implementation initiatives
Work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC
Drive workflow automation, CMDB, and integrations
Must Have:
10+ years of ServiceNow experience
Product Manager / Platform Owner background
ServiceNow Technical Architect Certification (required)
Experience with greenfield implementations
