Overview
- We are seeking a Customer Trust & Assurance Specialist to support our healthcare and medical product lines.
- This role serves as a bridge between product, engineering, and security teams and our customers’ compliance and security functions.
- You will lead customer due diligence activities, manage security and compliance questionnaires, and ensure clear, accurate communication of our technical and regulatory practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer due diligence, including security, compliance, and privacy questionnaires.
- Collect, review, and challenge technical evidence with engineering and security teams.
- Translate complex technical details into clear, customer-friendly compliance language.
- Support healthcare and medical product compliance needs, including HIPAA/HITECH requirements.
- Maintain evidence repositories and support customer audits, reviews, and inquiries.
- Ensure alignment of customer trust activities with cloud security best practices Azure
Required Skills
- Experience responding to customer due diligence or security questionnaires.
- Understanding of cloud security controls and healthcare compliance (HIPAA/HITECH).
- Ability to interpret and validate technical evidence.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of AI security is a plus.
