Role Overview
•        Multiyear, three phase project; currently midway through Phase 2
•        Phase 2 expected to conclude end of calendar year, driving the 6 month initial request
•        Urgent need – hiring as soon as possible
•        Primary focus initially on IT Security and Data Privacy projects
•        Additional projects may be assigned within the first 30–45 days
Key Responsibilities
•        Support IT security initiatives involving compliance, legal, and data privacy teams
•        Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables
•        Coordinate across highly technical SMEs and non technical stakeholders
•        Hold teams accountable and ensure follow through on action items
Required Skills & Experience
•        PMP certification is mandatory (candidates without PMP should not be submitted)
•        Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Project
•        Smartsheet experience: 1–2 years preferred (does not need to be expert level)
•        Ability to manage:
  o        Project schedules
  o        Risk logs
  o        Multiple sheets/workbooks in Smartsheet
•        Solid IT project experience (not as a developer, tester, or BA)
•        Ability to “translate” between technical, legal, and business teams
Preferred Background
•        Supply chain experience is a nice to have, not required
•        Exposure to multiple functional areas is strongly preferred
Compliance Experience
•        Role supports state level data privacy compliance
•        Compliance background is a plus but not mandatory
