Make-A-Wish America is the world’s largest wish-granting organization, dedicated to uniting communities to grant life-changing wishes. The Project Manager will utilize strong organizational and project management skills to guide projects from intake through delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance processes and ensure alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Guide projects from intake through delivery
- Partner closely with creative, brand, and campaign stakeholders to develop effective project management strategies, improve processes, and ensure clear communication, visibility, and alignment across initiatives
- Manage day-to-day project execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and reporting, helping teams deliver high-quality work efficiently and collaboratively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field, or equivalent experience required
- Requires 5+ years of experience in project management or account management
- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex projects or accounts
- Experience in project management or account management within creative, marketing, or agency‑style environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Experience in production and/or video management is a plus but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
- Experience with Microsoft CoPilot is a plus
