Responsibilities:

Run agile ceremonies — standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews
Own Jira: backlog grooming, ticket quality, sprint velocity tracking
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across dev and functional streams
Surface risks early and drive decisions to resolution — no inbox management
Produce clear status communications for internal leadership and client stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of project management experience in an agile environment
Hands-on Jira proficiency — boards, epics, reports, the works
Strong written and verbal communication; you make complexity legible
Comfort managing parallel workstreams without losing the thread
Oracle Fusion experience (ERP, SCM, or adjacent) is a plus
Consulting or professional services background is a plus
