Senior Product Manager - Mode (Remote)

Mode Mobile is the creator of EarnOS, a transformational software that empowers users to monetize their mobile activities. The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution for a multimillion dollar utility app, focusing on growth and profitability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead a vision for your products that aligns with organizational goals
• Develop strategic product-feature roadmaps and drive execution from concept to scale by analyzing and implementing best-in-market trends and out-of-the-box ideas
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, User Acquisition, Monetization, and Data teams to deliver value-driven, measurable results
• Own business and product performance, including revenue, engagement, conversion, retention, and P&L outcomes, and financial forecasts
• Conduct ongoing experimentation, user and competitor research to support strategic decision making that drives monetization and user growth
• Provide visibility into business performance and communicate results clearly to executive stakeholders and the broader organization
• Serve as a role model and standard-setter for product excellence for your cross-function team

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional product management experience, including 3+ years of independently owning a product / business line
• Proven experience managing products with P&L accountability and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience in mobile app ecosystems, with strong understanding of subscription, IAP, and IAA monetization strategies
• Experience with utility apps, rewarded ecosystems, social and gaming apps is a plus
• Demonstrated success within multi-app portfolios
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data tools such as Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and business performance dashboards
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing at the executive level
