Technical Project Manager

Accion Labs is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of cloud-native applications. This role requires a strong technical understanding of Java and involves project leadership alongside engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based applications while maintaining hands-on technical involvement, including code reviews and design validation
• This role blends project leadership with strong engineering depth across Java/Spring Boot ecosystems and modern DevOps practices
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination
• Coordinate across development, QA, and DevOps teams to remove blockers
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Support cloud-based delivery across AWS environments
• Encourage use of modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to improve team productivity

Requirements:

• Technical understanding of Java / Spring Boot & Microservices
• Cloud (AWS) & CI/CD pipelines
• Claude or similar AI tools
• Lead delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based applications while maintaining hands-on technical involvement, including code reviews and design validation
• Strong engineering depth across Java/Spring Boot ecosystems and modern DevOps practices
• Prior experience or background or Technical understanding of Java / Spring Boot / Microservices
• Agile project delivery & stakeholder management
• Experience with Cloud (AWS) & CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
