Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the ice hockey ecosystem
- Nurture leads and collaborate closely with the business development team to drive customer acquisition
- Research prospective clients
- Initiate outreach across multiple communication channels
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Support account management activities with active clients
- Contribute to refining sales strategies and work toward shared team targets
Requirements:
- Strong inside sales and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the territory when meetings are scheduled
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine ability to build relationships
- Experience in sales or business development with a track record of measurable results
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a small, fast-moving team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
- Background as a competitive athlete, athletic trainer, or in a similar sports performance or sports medicine role is a strong asset
- Interest in sports technology and athlete health
