LifeQuotes.com is a leading term life insurance website that is seeking part-time remote Customer Care Agents to assist inbound callers with life insurance applications. The role involves advising customers, completing applications, and providing a supportive experience without any cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting inbound callers and completing applications for those customers who want to apply for life insurance
- Advise our customers on their insurance purchasing decision
- Help complete their applications
- Follow up through underwriting to make sure they get the policy they want
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Provide scripted dialogue
- Stay friendly
- Make outbound follow up calls to those who've self-quoted at our website
- Assist customers in completing their applications
- Get additional money rewards for high placement ratios
Requirements:
- Must have completed (or be currently enrolled) in a 4-year college degree with a business or business-oriented major
- A state-issued life insurance license in hand on your start date
- Availability to work nights, weekends and some weekdays
- Positive 'customer-first' attitude - we're huge customer advocates and will expect you to treat every caller as if they're a long-lost cousin
- Strong sense of internal motivation - coachability is a must! We're looking for sales agents who want to develop a lucrative career, tackle new opportunities and grow both personally and professionally
- Ability to consistently achieve a monthly quota
- A completed or in-progress 4-year degree in business, economics or a business-related major
- We prefer that you not have any prior life insurance experience
