Loan Mountain Capital is the fastest growing private lender in the Southeastern United States, seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities. The role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients while providing exceptional customer service and managing the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels such as in person real estate events, cold calling, networking groups, SMS outreach, and email outreach to identify and qualify potential candidates
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our lending products, processes, and criteria
- Educate prospects on the benefits and advantages of our programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while interacting with borrowers
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads & deals by efficiently using our CRM
- Track interactions, document progress, and update lead statuses to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Gather application information from prospects to move forward with the sales process
- Work closely with an Account Executive to coordinate outreach efforts and share insights for deal negotiation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency throughout the full sales cycle
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing and working with CRM platforms
- Proven ability to analyze CRM data and improve customer relationship processes
- At least 1-2 years of SDR/cold calling experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results
- Knowledge of real estate markets and property management is a plus
- Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in real estate or lending, is a plus
