Sage 100 ProvideX Developer / Analyst

Largeton Group is looking for a Sage 100 ProvideX Developer / Analyst to support and optimize their Sage 100 ERP environment. The role involves customizing modules, developing scripts, and ensuring data integrity while providing end-user support and collaborating with IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support, customize, and optimize the Sage 100 ERP environment for finance, inventory, payroll, and manufacturing modules
• Develop and maintain custom scripts using ProvideX (PVX) to extend Sage 100 functionality
• Configure and enhance Sage 100 modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Payroll, and Manufacturing
• Utilize Business Object Interface (BOI) for automation, integration, and process improvement
• Maintain and troubleshoot ProvideX file structures; ensure data integrity and optimize system performance
• Perform data imports and exports using Visual Integrator (VI)
• Build integrations with external applications via BOI and APIs
• Support and develop reporting solutions using Crystal Reports and SQL-based business intelligence tools
• Collaborate with IT teams to migrate or replicate ProvideX (PVX) data into SQL environments
• Provide end-user support for ERP processes, debug PVX code, and resolve system errors
• Work with Sage partners to manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
• Ensure documentation, effective communication, and adherence to best practices throughout the ERP lifecycle
