The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive demand for protective coatings products, collaborating closely with sales teams and customers to implement effective campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to support sales objectives within assigned regions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify regional trends, opportunities, and customer needs
- Oversee the planning and execution of field marketing campaigns, including customer engagement programs, targeted segment campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to support sales effectiveness
- Work with MarCom teams, as well as independently, to develop content that can be utilized locally and customized for future applications across regions and market segments
- Partner with sales teams to develop targeted marketing programs that support lead generation, customer engagement, and account growth
- Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact
- Build relationships with key industry partners, local and regional industry organizations, and customers to strengthen brand positioning
- Track and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
- Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license
- Must have a bachelors degree or higher
- Must have three (3) years of experience in field marketing, preferably within industrial, construction, or coatings related industries
- Must be able to travel at least 50%
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software
- Have a bachelors degree or higher in marketing or business
- Have five (5) years of experience in field marketing, preferably within industrial, construction, or coatings related industries
- Have a proven track record of successful marketing execution or related skill sets
