- Strong proficiency in evaluating and refining Business Processes
- Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using analytical and reporting tools is advantageous (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or IT-driven projects is a plus
