Senior Product Manager

Autodesk is a company that creates innovative software for various industries, and they are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead their AI products in the water industry. The role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch enhancements, while driving strategic decision-making to create innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products in the water industry, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for product differentiation within the water industry
• Customer Needs Identification: Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand their pain points and requirements, translating these insights into product features and enhancements
• AI Integration: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate advanced AI algorithms and technologies into our water industry portfolio, leveraging machine learning, data analytics, large language models and automation to optimize plant operations
• Business Case Development: Assess the financial viability and potential ROI of new product initiatives, preparing detailed business cases to support decision-making and secure necessary resources
• Product Development Oversight: Lead the product development process, defining clear product specifications, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies, positioning AI products as industry-leading solutions, and enabling successful product launches
• Manage Business Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to monitor the performance of AI products post-launch, implementing improvements and optimizations as needed

Requirements:

• Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in SaaS product management roles with experience managing commercially available AI-solution preferred
• Strong business acumen, including experience in pricing, financial analysis, market research, and product strategy development
• In-depth knowledge of water industry processes, technologies and practices as well as challenges facing the industry
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and practices, with the ability to comprehend complex technical aspects and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams effectively
• Pragmatic, SVPG or other high-quality product management training preferred
