Information Technology Project Manager

LHH is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to support enterprise-wide IT security and compliance initiatives for a large, regulated organization. The role involves leading and managing complex IT security and compliance projects while ensuring alignment with PMO governance and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise IT security and compliance projects, including multi‑phase, multi‑year initiatives
• Take ownership of an in‑flight, high‑visibility project and manage scope, schedule, risks, milestones, and deliverables
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items; proactively escalate where timelines or commitments are at risk
• Execute communication plans, including agendas, meeting notes, and executive‑level status reporting
• Drive accountability across matrixed teams without direct people management responsibility
• Ensure alignment with PMO governance, compliance, and documentation standards
• Serve as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders, translating objectives, risks, and impacts as needed
• Support collective project tracking and assist senior PMs as required

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of dedicated project management experience (project management as a core role, not a stretch role)
• PMP certification required
• Experience managing large, high‑impact enterprise initiatives
• Background working in regulated or compliance‑driven environments
• Strong executive‑level communication skills with Director/VP stakeholders
• High attention to detail; highly organised with strong follow‑through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with Smartsheet and basic SharePoint document management
