Myriad Genetics is a leader in healthcare innovation, focusing on genetic screening and testing services. The Senior Manager of Technical Product Management will guide a team of Technical Product Owners to deliver exceptional digital products that enhance patient and clinician experiences while driving alignment with business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of Digital Product Owners, cultivating an environment focused on innovation and agile best practices
- Establish standardized processes for backlog grooming, user story mapping and creation, as well as requirements gathering, to optimize efficiency
- Convert broad business strategies into actionable product roadmaps, maintaining alignment across multiple product teams
- Track and enhance key performance indicators such as backlog runway, customer satisfaction, turnaround time, Say/Do ratio, and cycle time
- Act as an internal proponent for the core positioning and messaging of the Portfolio, utilizing your expertise in commercial and digital matters
- Collaborate with senior and executive business stakeholders to identify their priorities, business objectives, future plans, and constraints, informing roadmaps and effectively managing resource limitations and competing demands
- Function as an organizational leader with responsibility for direct reports
Requirements:
- Over five years of experience in product management or ownership, complemented by proven leadership or mentoring capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise with externally facing digital portals
- Thorough understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, and familiarity with tools such as Jira
- Exceptional business partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management across technology departments and various business units
- An innovative and solutions-oriented leader who cultivates a team environment founded on curiosity, camaraderie, and ongoing improvement
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- Applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder) living full time in the USA
- Industry experience in Healthcare is preferred, particularly within Biotech, Clinical Laboratories, or Precision Medicine
- Experience developing technology solutions in regulated industries—such as healthcare, banking, or government—is highly advantageous
