NTT DATA is a leading business and technology services provider, renowned for its innovations and commitment to client success. The Sales Manager, Cloud and Security GTM will drive growth and strategy for the North American specialty sales team, leading efforts in selling complex cloud solutions and managing P&L performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of sales initiatives, programs, and activities to achieve revenue, growth, and market expansion goals
- Own the financial health, operational budget, and P&L performance of the specialty sales organization
- Lead sales pipeline management, providing accurate forecasting and lead generation initiatives to secure large-scale IT outsourcing deals
- Lead the transformation of practice solutions across the global footprint, aligning regional execution with the global "solutions and services" strategy
- Drive solution-led selling across partner ecosystems including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and others
- Spearhead the adoption of NTT DATA’s "Smart AI Agent Ecosystem," moving beyond simple automation to human-orchestrated autonomy in managed services
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable solution plays that leverage our unified platform to outpace larger, traditional outsourcers
- Authorize and drive solution design reviews to ensure technical feasibility, cost-efficiency (onshore/offshore balance), and alignment with client business outcomes
- Direct and coach a matrixed team of individual contributors and directors, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
- Drive a "Community of Practice" where architects share best practices and information across the global system integrator (GSI) landscape
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business (MBA preferred)
- Certifications: Professional-level certifications in at least one major hyperscaler (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales/solutions leadership role managing budgets, business development, and cross-functional technical teams
- Candidate will be required to work across a matrixed organization with an independent, startup mindset
- Candidate will be responsible for the allocated team target and budget and be responsible for forecasting and owning the pipeline
- Candidate will be required to operate with ‘owner' of P&L mindset and continuously look to ways to improve profitability without compromising delivery
- Travel: As needed for business needs up to 50%
