Responsibilities:
- Own the top of funnel — prospecting, outreach, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads to build a consistent, high-quality pipeline
- Drive meetings that matter — not just volume. Your job is to get the right operators in front of our sales team, ready to see what we've built
- Learn the product cold — you can't sell what you don't understand. We'll make sure you know Baseline inside and out so you can speak the language of every facility operator you call
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior sellers — shadow deals, absorb the playbook, and accelerate your path to carrying your own quota
- Surface market intelligence — what are prospects saying? What objections keep coming up? Your frontline feedback shapes our pitch, our product, and our positioning
- Hit your numbers — and then raise the bar. We're building a culture of high performance, and we want people who are bothered when they miss and electrified when they exceed
