About this role
Heft IQ's vision is to serve as the Intelligence Layer for unlocking data trapped within software systems through its AI-Driven Advanced Analytics platform. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy fullstack AI solutions, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate AI capabilities into software systems and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:
- Strong background in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- In-depth understanding of Computer Science principles and Software Development
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) methodologies
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions
- Ability to debug, optimize, and maintain high-performance AI applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern programming languages is a plus
