AdévaJet is the first ultra-luxury private aviation operator purpose-built for the New York to Dubai and GCC to London corridor. The role involves acquiring ultra-high-net-worth members, supporting investor introductions, and developing lifestyle partnerships to enhance the value of the Phoenix Circle membership.
Responsibilities:
- Phoenix Circle founding member acquisition targeting 25 ultra-high-net-worth members in year one across New York, London and Dubai
- Investor introductions supporting our $5M bridge round and Series A
- Lifestyle partnership development with superyacht operators, luxury estates and private members clubs that give Phoenix Circle its value beyond aviation
Requirements:
- Eight or more years working directly with ultra-high-net-worth individuals or family offices
- Proven track record in private aviation sales, private banking, luxury hospitality membership sales or family office relationship management
- Active and existing book of UHNW relationships across New York, London or Dubai. Not a database. Real relationships
- Demonstrated ability to close relationships or transactions at the seven-figure level
- Comfort operating at the principal level. You treat every prospect as a decision maker not a lead
- Ability to generate investor introductions alongside commercial relationships
- Strong personal brand and network visibility in the ultra-luxury or private aviation space
- Entrepreneurial mindset. You are comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by equity upside over base salary certainty
- Experience operating in both US and GCC markets strongly preferred
