Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams
- Research and respond to lead time and ETA requests submitted through internal applications
- Identify where items were ordered, including reviewing purchase orders and sourcing details
- Utilize order management systems to research order history and status
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through written and verbal communication
- Follow established processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely responses
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and appropriate urgency
