Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through online platforms and databases, networking, and qualifying candidates. Screens, interviews, and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers. Supports offer processes, including salary negotiation, and ensures alignment with hiring needs. Handles multiple requisitions simultaneously while providing professional support to hiring managers. Applies knowledge of compensation, talent development, and equal employment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
- Post job advertisements and source candidates using internet, databases, and networking
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical roles
- Submit qualified candidates and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Assist with offer negotiation and closing candidates
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide recruiting support
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical roles
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applicant Tracking Systems
