Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
We are looking for a strong Java Architect / Staff Engineer with hands-on development, architecture, and team leadership experience.
Strong expertise in Java Architecture + Staff Engineering
Hands-on with Java Development, Design & System Architecture
Experience leading teams of 7 8 members
Strong Cloud experience with AWS
Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
API Design, Microservices, and scalable cloud deployments
Production support, performance optimization & technical leadership
Candidate should be strong in both technical architecture and hands-on development with excellent stakeholder management skills.
