We are currently seeking an AI and Automation Manager to join our Quality Management (QM) team. As part of the Johnson Lambert team, you’ll work in an environment where your entrepreneurial spirit will thrive as you drive the vision and execution of our development programs and initiatives.

This role will focus on facilitating the implementation and adoption of AI-based solutions to assist with the development of technology-enabled audit procedures across the firm. You will sit at the intersection of Quality Management and the firm’s IT and AI innovation leadership to facilitate high-impact AI use cases that improve audit efficiency while maintaining compliance with professional standards.
All roles offered at Johnson Lambert are offered in a hybrid format, should you be in close proximity to one of our 8 office locations, or have the flexibility to work from home in a remote setting.

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000, plus eligibility for our annual Profit Sharing Program. Final compensation is determined by various factors, such as geographic location, specialized skills, and years of relevant experience.
