What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through daily reviews and hands on counting activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reviews
• Research and resolve quantity and location discrepancies
• Review expiration reports, damages, shortages, and quality issues
• Maintain inventory levels using the Syteline ERP system
• Support inventory rotation and Kan Ban replenishment
• Follow all company safety procedures at all times
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and audit ready
• Assist with additional inventory tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Education
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
Experience & Knowledge
• At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Syteline strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Strong math skills with a high level of accuracy

Physical Requirements & Safety
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands, reaching, crouching, and kneeling
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must meet vision requirements for close, distance, color, and depth perception
• Required use of safety glasses and steel toe boots
• Safety compliance is a core expectation of this role
