Antora Energy is hiring its first Senior IT Manager to serve as the internal owner of the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and enterprise technology environment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to improve systems, security, and operational reliability across various environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead IT planning and governance while directly improving systems, security, and operational reliability across corporate, factory, and project-site environments
- Partner with internal engineering teams and external technical specialists to ensure corporate, operational technology, and AI environments are secure, scalable, and well-managed
- Strengthen Antora’s network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity foundations as the company prepares for its next stage of growth and investment
- Lead the evolution of Antora’s IT capabilities from a vendor-supported model to a more internally led function by building the team, processes, and systems to support that transition
Requirements:
- Strategic leadership with hands-on execution experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Experience in IT planning and governance
- Ability to improve systems, security, and operational reliability
- Experience partnering with internal engineering teams and external technical specialists
- Knowledge of corporate, operational technology, and AI environments
- Experience in leading IT capabilities evolution from a vendor-supported model to an internally led function
- Experience in originating high-quality project opportunities in the industrial heat market
- Ability to develop projects to a state of maturity sufficient to achieve final investment decisions (FID)
- Experience in leading complex utility tariff negotiations
- Ability to originate off-take agreements with utilities
- Experience in mentoring a growing team of deal leads
- Deep analytical skills in power market economics, including LMP forecasting and capacity expansion modeling
- Experience representing market views to customers, project financiers, electric utilities, and ISOs
- Experience managing forecast vendors and energy market consultants
- Experience in corporate legal infrastructure management
- Ability to manage outside counsel supply chain for legal services
- Experience in deal-making and project finance
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling
- Ability to deliver insights that guide strategic decisions
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Experience in tax strategy, compliance, and operations
- Ability to design and implement tax structures for growth
- Experience in material readiness and planning execution
- Experience in high-voltage, high-power electrical system architecture
