Ipsos is a global leader in market research, specializing in shopper research, packaging tests, and product testing for over 30 years. As a Qualitative Project Manager, you will ensure operational excellence and seamless project delivery in close partnership with the Insights team, managing project setup, recruitment, logistics, and supplier budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project handover from Insights
- Develop and manage screeners (including approvals and translations if required)
- Coordinate and oversee recruitment
- Build and track timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
- Book and liaise with venues, recruiters, and external suppliers
- Coordinate moderators and translators where required
- Organize fieldwork logistics (materials, stimulus preparation, shelf setups, online links, streaming, platforms, etc.)
- Monitor respondent grids and ensure quality control during fieldwork
- Act as the main operational contact for suppliers and partners
- Ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders
- Manage supplier invoicing and track project costs
Requirements:
- 2–3 years' experience in qualitative research project management (agency or client-side)
- Strong understanding of recruitment and fieldwork processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders
