Information Technology Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking an ERP Project Manager for a remote contract position with our client located in Bloomington, IN. The role involves supporting critical initiatives across Labeling, ERP, and Manufacturing Systems, while managing multiple workstreams and coordinating between teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with IT Project Management, Labeling, ERP, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) teams
• Support Labeling Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects
• Coordinate work between Data Engineers and business teams on Cheetah and Moonshine ERP initiatives
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and documentation
• Support organizational change management, reporting, and project documentation in a regulated environment

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of Project Management experience (non‑negotiable)
• Experience leading or supporting technical or IT‑driven projects
• Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (hybrid approach)
• Familiarity with PPM tools (Planview preferred; Smartsheet exposure helpful)
