Bayforce is seeking a Project Manager for Finance Integrations to lead the coordination of finance system integrations as part of a broader ERP transformation effort. The role involves managing integration efforts across multiple finance applications and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of finance system integrations connected to a broader ERP transformation effort
- Support the transition of integrations from current-state systems to a future ERP platform
- Manage integration efforts across several finance applications, including: Tagetik, Basware, Esker, Cadence, and Concur
- Help define and execute the approach for integrating these systems with the ERP platform
- Participate in ongoing discovery efforts to define integration scope, requirements, and approach
- Help determine resourcing strategy (e.g., single resource vs. multiple specialists) based on system complexity
- Work closely with internal teams and leadership to align on integration priorities and timelines
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., system integrator) supporting the broader program
- Support planning and execution of integration workstreams aligned to key program milestones
- Contribute to timelines spanning discovery through implementation
- Potentially support multiple integration efforts or adapt focus across systems depending on evolving needs
- Bring a generalist integration mindset, leveraging transferable experience across tools
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management
- Experience managing financial systems integrations specifically with one of more of the following: Tagetik, Esker, Cadence, and Concur (Tagetik being the most important)
- Proven experience leading systems integration efforts across multiple applications
- Strong experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, external vendors)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream implementations
- Experience supporting ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred, not required)
- Background working with finance-related systems (e.g., AP, FP&A, reporting tools)
- Familiarity with integration-heavy environments involving multiple third-party applications
- Experience working alongside large system integrators
