They are hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives to support a rapidly scaling mid-market sales team, focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting
- Book qualified meetings for Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives
- Work pre-loaded territories and target accounts
- Follow a structured outreach and territory blitz model
- Accurately log all activity in CRM
- Continuously improve conversion metrics and messaging
Requirements:
- Experience in either SDR/BDR, High-volume outbound sales, High-volume inside sales or training in an SDR focused program
- Demonstrated resilience and work ethic
- Coachable and process-driven
- Strong ambition to progress into a closing role
