Wisdom AI is a generative AI data analyst company focused on transforming enterprise data interaction. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the success of customers through deployment strategy, technical setup, and value realization of their AI platform.
Responsibilities:
- Mission Ownership: Own the holistic health and ROI of your customer portfolio. You are responsible for identifying the "North Star" use cases that move the needle for their business
- Hands-on Deployment: Lead the technical setup and configuration of Wisdom AI. You will connect data sources (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.), model domain-specific knowledge, and build the "Context Layer" that powers the AI
- Use-Case Discovery: Conduct "Scoping Sessions" with stakeholders to decompose complex business chaos into specific, solvable data questions
- Data Modeling & Optimization: Refine prompt patterns, validate answer accuracy, and create custom metrics to ensure the AI speaks the customer's unique business language
- Product Feedback Loop: Act as a "forward-deployed" product manager. You will identify bugs, suggest new features based on user friction, and work directly with Engineering to improve the core platform
- Adoption & Enablement: Train "Power Users" to build their own "Stories" and Dashboards within Wisdom AI, moving them from passive users to internal champions
- Value Realization: Demonstrate measurable impact. Whether it’s reducing the burden on the data team or speeding up executive decision-making, you must prove the platform’s value every day
