Project Manager - Product Enablement PM

Hitachi Vantara is a global company that serves as a trusted data foundation for innovators. The Project Management Specialist will lead large-scale, high-impact projects critical to the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of large, interrelated projects, defining resource requirements, individual responsibilities, and integrated schedules
• Identify and resolve highly complex technical or procedural obstacles, utilizing advanced business knowledge to mitigate risks before they impact project health
• Champion internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO) across all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet rigorous organizational benchmarks
• Serve as a lead mentor to P-level colleagues by reviewing work quality, coaching on best practices, and strategically delegating tasks to optimize team performance
• Cross-functional team coordination

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in Project Management / Product Management / Program Management
• Deep expertise in Project Management frameworks and business processes
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with minimal management oversight
• Advanced ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions
• Typically requires advanced education and significant professional experience in a senior-level capacity
• Go to marketing (GTM) related experience is a plus
