CDW is seeking a Junior Product Manager with SaaS experience to support the strategy, development, and performance of a growing portfolio of subscription-based products. This role involves managing the end-to-end SaaS product lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements that increase adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support management of the end-to-end SaaS product lifecycle (discovery, MVP, launch, optimization)
- Contribute to product roadmap development aligned to customer needs and business goals
- Analyze product and business performance metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, usage, adoption)
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering
- Assist with pricing and packaging strategies for subscription-based offerings
- Support go-to-market execution, including positioning, messaging, and launch readiness
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials and product documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver product initiatives
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or business analysis within a SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, product usage)
- Experience supporting product launches, feature releases, or roadmap initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Understanding of subscription models and customer lifecycle
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or product roadmapping tools
- Exposure to A/B testing, user feedback loops, or product experimentation
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
