- Resolve concerns promptly and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and use excellent phone etiquette in all interactions
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in handling Customer Experience and understanding customer needs
- Effective communication with excellent Phone Etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in telehealth, healthcare, or related customer-facing roles is a plus
