Business Analyst II

Conduent is a company that delivers mission-critical services and solutions for Fortune 100 companies and governments. They are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support and analyze business-critical applications, ensuring operational controls, system stability, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Support and enhance applications built using .NET and SQL Server
• Act as the first point of contact for system and application issues, performing initial analysis and coordinating resolution
• Raise, track, and manage incident tickets while ensuring SLA adherence and root-cause documentation
• Lead and coordinate incident management, including prioritization, escalation, and stakeholder communication
• Effectively communicate and respond to escalations, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper change governance
• Manage and process user access requests in line with access control policies
• Support SOC 1 and SOC 2 activities, including control execution tracking and evidence collection
• Assist with audit readiness and respond to internal and external audit requests
• Maintain issue trackers, risk logs, and audit findings through closure
• Create and maintain application support related documentation and DLPs
• Act as liaison between business, SOC, audit, and IT operations teams
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6–8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET)
• Strong experience with SQL Server
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Experience supporting SOC audits, ITGC controls, and access management
• Knowledge of Linux and/or Oracle is a plus
