About this role
Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance their Dental platforms. The role involves providing day-to-day production support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth operations for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day production support for Dental applications, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Work with IS, vendors, and business users to ensure timely resolution of system incidents
- Document recurring system issues then identify and implement long-term resolutions
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionalities and best practices
- Track and analyze production support trends, identifying patterns and areas for improvement to reduce recurring incidents
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working with the Skygen Enterprise application and other Group Dental systems, with prior experience and/or the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions to support business operations
- Dental or other type of Insurance Claims/Service handling experience
- Prior experience working with Mutual of Omaha's Workplace Solutions systems and business processes
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
- Detail-oriented, clear communication skills, both written and verbal

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
- Two or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar capacities, including Agile or Scrum experience
- Experience writing business and technical requirements to guide code changes
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
