4G Logistics is a company focused on logistics solutions, and they are seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to build and scale a high-value book of business across various freight sectors. The role involves prospecting for new business, maximizing account potential, and managing the sales cycle up to shipment awards.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business and own the sales cycle up to the point of shipments being awarded (you will be required to quote freight and complete RFPs)
- Penetrate accounts to maximize potential within each account
- Target SMB and enterprise (fortune 1000) level companies through all verticals
- Track and report on sales pipeline , revenue targets, and conversion metrics using CRM tools
Requirements:
- 5+ years of 3PL / freight brokerage sales experience
- Proven hunter mentality — you can build a book from scratch
- Experience closing mid-market to enterprise accounts
- Comfortable with RFPs and long sales cycles
- Strong communicator, negotiator, and closer
- Book of business welcome but not required
