They are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - South Enterprise to lead a team of Sales Engineers, optimize sales processes, and develop impactful product demonstrations to address enterprise customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team to meet the demands of our East Majors segment
- Refine and optimize critical sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
- Develop and deliver impactful product and solution demonstrations that resonate with complex enterprise needs
- Provide strategic advice and support for requests for proposals (RFPs) by presenting tailored recommendations and clear business benefits to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and leading a sales engineering team
- Demonstrated experience selling network security technologies within an enterprise environment
- Proven track record as a subject matter expert participating in regional industry events and professional organizations
- Deep experience managing technical sales cycles for major enterprise accounts
