Pri-Med is looking for a Manager, Market Research Operations to serve as the operational backbone of Pri-Med's Research function within Revenue Operations. This role involves managing the end-to-end execution of survey programs and supporting user research, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative research runs smoothly and at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Post-Event Satisfaction Surveys
- Field attendee and exhibitor satisfaction surveys for Annual, Regional and Virtual Conferences
- Produce deliverables including PowerPoint decks, frequency tables, and summaries distributed via the Teams Research Channel
- Manage 18-20 CME outcomes surveys annually across In-Person, PCN, and enduring activities
- Execute full survey workflow: field surveys, download data, create upload tickets, and generate incentive distribution lists
- Maintain data accuracy using Tableau lists and coordinate with internal stakeholders on distribution
- Support the Annual Needs Assessment Survey (year-end cycle)
- Field education topic and therapeutically aligned surveys on an ad hoc basis as needed
- Support Pharma-Supported Survey engagements: consultation, fielding, data tables, and written reports for external clients
- Assist with brand awareness studies and other ad hoc research projects as assigned
- Order and track gift code incentives, manage cost allocation reporting with Finance
- Select and distribute sweepstakes winners using approved randomization tools (e.g., Random.org)
- Coordinate incentive distribution with internal stakeholders
- Own day-to-day management of survey and analysis platforms (currently Qualtrics, Q Research Software)
- Evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed; identify platform consolidation opportunities
- Monitor contract status, flag renewals, and manage any needed transitions
- Support the Event Operations team with quality control and quality assurance of registration and evaluation materials
- Manages Snowflake and Claude AI research agents working alongside Data Engineering and the Global Technology and Product team
- Develop and maintain annual survey calendar (optimal planning window: October-November)
- Coordinate with email and marketing teams on deployment scheduling and audience list de-duplication
- Ensure optimal survey launch timing and audience management in line with best practices
- Manage and maintain the RevOps Research budget
- AI framework adoption and management for Research Operations
- Support the Associate Director of Product Insights in building and executing qualitative research capabilities at Pri-Med
- Assist in planning and executing qualitative research studies (interviews, focus groups, intercept surveys) including notetaking and help with handling research logistics: participant recruitment, scheduling, consent forms, and session coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in research operations, survey administration, market research, or a closely related field
- Proficiency with survey platforms; Qualtrics experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups, usability testing, observational research)
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing timelines
- Can practice autonomously
- Experience with vendor and tool management, including contract coordination
- Comfort with data handling, data quality, and basic reporting
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Qualtrics experience strongly preferred
