VDart BPM is offering a remote opportunity for a Customer Service Sales Specialist. The role involves leveraging call center experience and customer service skills to deliver a positive customer experience while adapting quickly to change.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a diverse network of people

- Work remotely, significantly reducing or eliminating the demands to travel
- Daily hours and shifts may vary, with a rotational requirement for after-hours coverage and opportunities for Overtime as needed to support storm-related activities
- Leverage call center experience, customer service skills, problem solving, and attention to detail to deliver positive customer experience
- Build relationships with customers, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate grit that will inspire others to strive for superior results
Requirements:
- 2-years of Customer Service experience
- 1-year of call center environment experience
- 6 months of Utilities or Health & Public Services experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with computers: Experience using the internet, email via Outlook, etc
- Data entry experience
- Listening, verbal, and written communication experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience
- Internet access is sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet
- Quiet and private remote work location
