Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Insurance Recruiter Services is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team. The role involves managing a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring a seamless experience from policy servicing through renewal, and providing timely support to client inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Service a portfolio of Personal Lines clients (Auto, Home, Umbrella, etc.)
• Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
• Quote and remarket policies as needed
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist with billing questions, coverage reviews, and policy guidance
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
• Collaborate with producers and carrier partners to support retention and growth

Requirements:

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to client service
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Familiarity with agency management systems (Applied EPIC, AMS360, or similar)
