Insurance Recruiter Services is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team. The role involves managing a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring a seamless experience from policy servicing through renewal, and providing timely support to client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Service a portfolio of Personal Lines clients (Auto, Home, Umbrella, etc.)
- Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
- Quote and remarket policies as needed
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with billing questions, coverage reviews, and policy guidance
- Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
- Collaborate with producers and carrier partners to support retention and growth
Requirements:
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to client service
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with agency management systems (Applied EPIC, AMS360, or similar)
