Agentic AI Engineer

Acumenz Consulting is seeking skilled Agentic AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern AI agent frameworks and solid programming expertise in Python.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform multi-step tasks using LLMs
• Build and implement Agentic Agents leveraging frameworks and orchestration tools
• Apply advanced reasoning techniques such as ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) patterns
• Implement guardrails and safety mechanisms to ensure reliable and controlled agent behavior
• Develop and manage memory systems (short-term & long-term) for agents
• Enable tool usage capabilities using protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches
• Collaborate closely with prompt engineers to optimize prompts, workflows, and agent performance
• Integrate agents with enterprise data systems and APIs
• Work with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance and reliability
