Software Development Engineer L3

Inovalon is a company focused on transforming the healthcare ecosystem through technology and data solutions. They are seeking a Software Development Engineer L3 to develop and maintain solutions for large-scale data analytics, manage services for cross-product communication, and collaborate within an Agile team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain solutions for Terabyte scale data analytics
• Develop and maintain services and interfaces to allow for cross product communication and management
• Involved with full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, and testing
• Work cooperatively in an Agile team structure to deliver value to our clients, internal and external

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related field of study, or foreign degree equivalent plus at least 1 year of experience in the job offered or any IT/developer related job titles
• At least 1 year of experience with database principles
• At least 1 year of experience with evaluation of algorithmic efficiency
• At least 1 year of experience with object oriented design
• At least 1 year of experience with database technologies such as MS SQL Server 2008 or later version with (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Cloud SQL
• At least 1 year of experience developing stored procedures, Dynamic SQL, and Performance Tuning of code
• At least 1 year of experience with parallelized data driven algorithms
• At least 1 year of experience with C# and ASP.NET
• At least 1 year of experience with XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Net 3.0 or later version
• At least 1 year of experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK) server administration
• At least 1 year of experience with Kibana dashboard development
