They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for cold calling, handling objections, and booking meetings with US prospects to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Dialing through provided lists to get decision-makers on the phone
- Handling Objections: You know how it goes—"not interested," "send me an email," or "call me later." You know how to push past that and get the appointment
- Booking Meetings: Setting up high-quality meetings for the closing team
- Reporting: Keeping your numbers clean and your dialer updated
Requirements:
- US Sales Experience: You must have at least 6 months of experience in the US telesales industry. If you haven't done cold calling in the US market, this isn't for you
- Communication: Your English needs to be sharp. You need to sound professional and be able to think on your feet
- Grit: You know that sales is a numbers game. You don't get discouraged by a 'no,' and you are obsessed with hitting targets
