Makonis is seeking a highly targeted Lead Generation Specialist with deep expertise in digital accessibility and enterprise SaaS. This role focuses on generating qualified pipeline in net-new segments, complementing outbound sales efforts and identifying high-intent buyers to execute successful campaigns across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline generation in underpenetrated verticals and regions not covered by outbound sales:
- Identify high-intent opportunities using:
- Accessibility RFPs / procurement events
- ADA/WCAG compliance trends
- Website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital accessibility SaaS or services
- Strong understanding of: ADA (Title II & III), WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508
- Experience generating pipeline for SaaS platforms and accessibility services
- 5 to 10+ years in B2B lead generation or demand generation roles
- Skilled in CRM, prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Have worked in accessibility SaaS, compliance SaaS, or closely related industries
- Understand how to generate qualified pipeline (not just MQLs)
- Are comfortable working within defined territory and account ownership models
- Can operate both strategically (campaign design) and tactically (execution)
