Associate Sourcing Specialist (R4464)

The Associate Sourcing Specialist will manage indirect procurement categories, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and streamline procurement processes to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage purchase orders (POs) for indirect spend categories—ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with internal requirements
• Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and IT to source and procure goods and services that meet cost, schedule, and quality expectations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to achieve optimal value and support budget objectives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s ERP system (Deltek Costpoint), including supplier data, PO tracking, and delivery schedules
• Support supplier qualification and onboarding for indirect vendors, ensuring compliance with Shield AI’s standards and policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast indirect procurement needs and identify opportunities for process or cost improvements
• Partner with finance and stakeholders to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment
• Support implementation of standard work and best practices for indirect procurement processes
