Role Overview
- Provide advanced administrative and technical support for Local Area Networks and Wi-Fi
- Deliver advanced support for Wide Area and SD-WAN networks
- Establish guidelines and methods for installation, maintenance, and management of global on-premises and cloud networks
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven network management tools
- Partner with security engineering to implement a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) framework
- Oversee 24x7 network monitoring and response
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert
Requirements
- Hold a B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Possess certifications such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Advanced Networking, and Meraki Solutions Specialist
- Bring at least 6 years of experience in network administration for a global organization
- Demonstrate expertise in Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Meraki switching, routing, and wireless
- Skilled in leveraging AI and automation techniques to maximize network efficiency
- Calm and effective in high-pressure situations
- Experienced in mentoring and training junior network administrators and technical support staff
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation
