MatchPoint Solutions is a fast-growing global IT-Engineering services company with clients across the US. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale ITAM or EAM implementations, focusing on delivering asset management transformation leveraging ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
- 8–12+ years of project/program management experience, including leading enterprise-scale ITAM or EAM implementations
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITAM, HAM/SAM, and CMDB initiatives in complex environments (public sector or highly regulated preferred)
- Strong expertise in asset data strategy, including collection, normalization, governance, and migration at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and its integration with asset management processes
- Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflow automation and integrations
Requirements:
