Hello Teams is a global Microsoft partner specializing in Microsoft Teams Phone, and they are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads and support partner-led growth. The role involves qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and maintaining CRM activity while working independently with senior sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying and converting inbound leads
- Booking and running structured discovery calls and demos
- Supporting Microsoft and partner-led opportunities
- Building pipeline across SMB and mid-market customers
- Maintaining accurate CRM activity (we use Pipedrive)
Requirements:
- 12–24 months experience in SDR/BDR or sales role
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Strong self-discipline and time management
- High activity levels and personal accountability
- Confident running discovery calls and qualifying opportunities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in SaaS, telecom, or Microsoft ecosystem
- Exposure to outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM tools
