Trava Health is seeking a highly capable Business Analyst with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to improve decision-making through structured processes and unified data. The role involves gathering data from various departments, centralizing reporting, and recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data and requirements from multiple departments (operations, finance, marketing, customer support, etc.)
- Pull information from disconnected systems and consolidate it into a centralized reporting environment
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards for leadership
- Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reporting sources
- Translate business problems into measurable analytical solutions
- Create documentation for processes, systems, and reporting logic
- Support leadership with forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and scalability
- Reduce manual work through better systems and reporting processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong SQL skills or ability to work with databases
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience working across multiple departments
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in operations, finance, or growth environments
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Experience with Python, automation tools, or low-code platforms
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience building executive-facing dashboards
